CHARACTERISTICS
Color : Ruby red.
Aroma : Unique and unmistakable, in this wine you will find the red fruits (plum and blackberry) mixed with chocolate and toasted coffe notes.
Flavors: On the palate, it is confirmed the fruit interweaved with toffe notes, the tannins appear mature, giving a good structure, balance and roundness.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Varietal composition : 100% Merlot.
Region : Maipo Valley.
Vinification : This Merlot Reserve was elaborated from selected grapes of our vineyards located in the Maipo Valley where the grapes was specially harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28° with selected yeast.
Oak Maturation : 9 months in french oak barrel and at least 8 months bottled before release.
