CHARACTERISTICS
Color : Deep Red.
Aroma : Complex and pleasant, where mature red fruit notes, coffe and toast stand out, which in a bottle give an exceptional bouquet.
Flavors: Tannins of good concentration which give roundness and structure which is complemented with a pleasant fruit taste at the end.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Varietal composition : 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Region : Maipo Valley.
Vinification : This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was elaborated from selected grapes of our vineyards located in the Maipo Valley where the grapes was specially harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28° whit selected yeast.
Oak Maturation : 8 months in french oak barrel and at least 8 months bottled before release.
