The Echo’s colour is deep red with a lighter, garnet red on the rim. The nose entices with mulberry, black cherry, star anise, dried origanum and spearmint. It is a fleshy wine, elegantly showcasing a juicy acidity with a delicate tannin structure that adds to the velvety structure on the palate. Spice and earthy notes linger on the palate long after the last sip. The Echo is showing beautifully now, and will reward cellaring for up to 10 years.
