This Pinot Noir, produced in very limited quantity, was uniquely co-fermented with a small batch of fragrant white Viognier grapes. The grapres come form Los ÁrbolesTerroir in the Uco Valley, which translates into a bright wine with persistent flavors and juicy acidity.
The result is a sultry, seductive wine redolent of wild strawberries and white flowers on the nose, soft and plump yet light of touch on the palate, with delicious ripe red fruit flavours and a subtle hint of white chocolate on the finish.
Pairing: Red and white meats, cheeses.
