Aroma:
Red fruits like blueberries, cherries, raspberries and redcurrants.
Taste:
Young with fresh fruit. Medium body with soft and round tannins.
Vinification:
The grapes from 20 year old vineyards were fermented in 10.000 kgs stainless steel tanks for a week, under controlled temperature, varying between 25º and 27ºC, and with periodic remontage and delastage.
