100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification
Grapes are hand-harvested the second week of April. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a 21-day maceration, 15% of the wine is aged for 12 months in 60/40 American/French oak barrels.
Color : Ruby red.
Bouquet : Intense ripe plums with a touch of vanilla.
Taste: Rich, red fruit flavors with soft and supple tannins, leading to long, lingering finish.
