Tasting Notes
Colour : Concentrated crimson.
Aroma : Black berries, cassis, earthy with undertones of cedar, fynbos and wild mushrooms.
Palate : Bouquet carrying through to the palate. Black berries and cedar most notable. Good fruit flavour / wood balance. Refined, elegant tannin structure.
