Vinification
Grapes are hand-harvested during the final week of February and the first week of March. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 15% of the wine is aged for eight months in French oak barrels.

Bouquet : Exotic aromas of pineapple and honey.
Taste: Fresh tropical fruit flavors lead to a full, assertive finish.
