Chile’s Colchagua Valley, located between the Coastal Range and the Andes.
Grape Varieties : 100% Merlot
Vinification
Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-March. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After an 18-day maceration period, 15% of the wine is aged for 12 months in 60/40 American/French oak barrels.
Color : Ruby red.
Bouquet : Ripe fruit aromas combine with touches of mint and wild herbs.
Taste : Red fruit flavors and soft tannins end with a smooth finish.
Serving Suggestions: Great match with red meats, poultry and creamy cheeses.
