Vinification
Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-February. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Color : Pale straw gold.
Bouquet : Fresh aromas of citrus fruit.
Taste : Crisp green apples and grapefruit flavors conclude with lively fruit finish.
